Brentwood Bay Nurseries Ltd is now " Phytophthera ramorum Certified",
which means that we have had our plants on the nursery tested for
P. ramorum (Sudden Oak Death - SOD) and at the moment we are free
of the disease.
If you were involved in the Camellia Recall program with CFIA a
couple of years ago, you will have heard of SOD or P. ramorum. For
the time being it is best to purchase plants from Certified Growers
to help curb the spread of this disease.
For more information on P. ramorum please visit the CFIA sites:-
